Royal Eye Infirmary - Plymouth

YGS Environmental Consultants is proud to have been an integral part of the design team for MTX Contracts Ltd on a recently newly built Royal Eye Infirmary (REI)project in Plymouth, where we served as the appointed landscape architects. Our team meticulously crafted both the hard and soft landscaping details, ensuring a harmonious blend with the surrounding environment. To support the longevity and sustainability of the landscape, YGS EC developed a comprehensive ‘Landscape Management Plan.’ This plan outlines the management practices for the soft landscape elements post-practical completion, spanning a period of five years.

The Landscape Management Plan is not just a document; it’s a roadmap for maintaining the beauty and health of the landscape. It includes detailed maintenance schedules and a site plan that clearly indicates which areas require specific maintenance operations. By laying out these guidelines, YGS EC aims to ensure that the landscape thrives and remains an asset to the community for years to come.
