Landulph Community Park

YGS Environmental Consultants were commissioned to produce a concept design for Landulph Parish Council on a piece of land for the local community. Once a site analysis (looking at the landscape and ecology) was undertaken this provided information that we utilised during the design development stage. The project aimed to include opportunities for increasing habitat connectivity and tree cover whilst simultaneously creating opportunities for biodiversity, resilience to climate change, health, well-being and amenity. The design allows for the incorporation of a water body, a new access point and an amphitheatre to hold approximately 100 people.
