Keyham Green Spaces - Plymouth

Plymouth City Council appointed YGS EC to develop a conceptual design for Alexandra Park, as part of the Keyham Green Spaces - Strategic Landscape Masterplan. This project provided an exciting opportunity to enhance habitat connectivity and tree cover in the western part of Plymouth. Our design aims to not only increase biodiversity and resilience to climate change but also create spaces that support health, wellbeing, and provide valuable amenities for the local community.

The layout above showcases our final concept design for Alexandra Park, focusing on improving this important community space. The design integrates natural elements with functional areas, ensuring a harmonious environment that will benefit both the local wildlife and residents for years to come.
