Devonport Towers - Plymouth

YGS Environmental Consultants were commissioned by Plymouth Community Homes to conduct a site analysis of the amenity areas surrounding the Devonport Towers residential blocks. The purpose of this study was to assess the current state of these spaces and identify opportunities for improvement. Through careful evaluation, the team aimed to enhance the overall quality of the amenity areas, ensuring they are both functional and inviting for the residents.

The final designs developed as part of this project focused on creating environments that encourage residents to explore, engage with, and enjoy their surroundings. By improving the aesthetic and practical aspects of these spaces, the goal was to foster a stronger sense of community and well-being among the residents of Devonport Towers, while also promoting greater interaction with their local environment.
