Derriford District Centre

YGS Environmental Consultants are thrilled to have been appointed as the Landscape Architect for the exciting new retail park, the Derriford District Centre, in the vibrant city of Plymouth. Our team has been actively involved in the project during RIBA Stage 4, focusing on Technical Design for RIBA Stage 5 in the construction phase. We’ve been hard at work producing detailed information for all the hard and soft landscape elements, ranging from tree pits to street furniture, ensuring that every aspect of the design is executed beautifully.

Collaborating with a variety of consultants has been a rewarding experience as we work together to bring this new part of Plymouth to life. We are committed to creating a welcoming and functional environment that enhances the overall shopping experience for visitors.
